See how lead and brass have dropped, Obama wants to get out of Iraq and Obama said he was not going to ban AW, and that so many people bought MASSIVE amount of ammo already, we MAY see a drop in ammo prices?

I remember being amazed at housing price being so overvalued. I think ammo is way overprice now.

I personally believe that after Heller and Nordyke, and the gun buying frenzy, They are cutting us off at the knee's. They being the, "we can't get their guns now, so lets cut off their ammo".

Bingo. Now that the mfg's know what people are willing to pay for it, there is no reason to lower the price.

Supply might eventually get better, but I don't see prices going down much.

I think it will drop a little but not like it used to be....the people who bought 1000s and 1000s of rounds thinking they were going to get rich off of this will be the ones who will be flooding the market with ammo and selling it cheaper than when they got it. All the ammo suppliers I have talked to say they are going to start getting all the orders in during the summer and the prices will adjust to reflect that...

It will get cheaper in a few months.

Think about how people build an AR...first they get the lower, then the LPK and stock, then the upper, and bcg, then the ammo. It will loosen up in the same order. Lowers and LPKs are already coming back on the market. We're starting to see more uppers now. But BCGs and ammo are very very tight still. Give it a few more months and everyone will have all the BCGs and ammo they want.

I predict that by fall people will start to realize they don't need 20,000 rounds of ammo and a lot of it will start coming back on the market.
