Exactly 720 hours after the last DROS for a handgun from dealer inventory or a dealer transfer was submitted, is when you can submit again. The last pickup time and date printed on your last 1-in-30 qualifying DROS is 720 hours. Use that date/time.

Be careful going by calendar day of month, and by time of day. Short months, leap years, daylight savings time - these have all screwed people.

If it transferred as a private party transfer, it should not effect your 30 day wait.
The fact that you were able to transfer it inside your 30days pretty much means it must have been done as a private party transfer.

Eventually you're going to want to change that fs over to a "G" configuration (decocker only). It's what all the cool kids do.
