I've searched a bit on google but can't seem to find anything regarding this topic.
Specifically on a pistol, if there is a threaded barrel or lugged barrel, and one were to apply red threadlocker along with a muzzle break, would this be allowed in the eyes of the DOJ?
I know threadlocker is not considered permanent for other types of firearms and federally like when trying to reach a certain barrel length, but per my understanding the CA DOJ considers red loctite permanent for a pistol as they had done so back with the Walther pistol that was required to have a cap loctited onto the threads.
Thanks
