Geissele mount question

Geissele makes mounts specifically made for certain optics.. for example, the 34mm leupold Mark 6 1-6.. will this mount work other 34mm optics? May be a dumb question, but I want the Geissele 34mm for my Burris XTR ii 2-10.

The scope will fit, but given that the mount is for a 1-6x, I assume it's a cantilever model? If so, it might not position the Burris where you'd like it to be vs. using a non-cantilevered scope mount.
