The Board of Supervisors did the right thing after the overwhelming response from county residents.

    Fantastic job!
    Poke'm with a stick!

Is there a county in California that is a 2nd amendment sanctuary?

      Not according to AMMOLAND.

Another reason for Calgunners to move.
So, you advocate for Cal-Gunners, to become Cal-Runners.

In CA you can want and want, and vote and vote. It will get you nowhere but pissed off.

I got out after 50 years and have never been so happy. I miss what home was, but not what it has become.

There is a news 10poll posted where it shows CA opinion about you and your personal liberties.
Frankly, those in power now, and for any forseeable future will screw CA and those with conservative values for a long time to come.

I ended up voting with my wallet as the ballot box was useless in covering my values.
Now, there is one less taxpayer and health care provider in CA - that much I was able to do.

I feel pretty good about it too.

            Sorry guys.

If "every gun law is an infringement", where does one draw the line?

Will this hold if AZ flips blue?

                  I would think so,

NM is blue and full of 2A Sanctuary counties.

                      Yep.
                      I'm just about there.....agree with you 100%.

To the others who deride those of us with plans to leave:
I'm not interested in enduring misery just for the sake of it. To accuse those desiring to leave of being cowards is no better than the childish antics of those who can't accept the defeat of the 2016 presidential election. I watched friends of my late father grow old and die off while waiting for reform of gun laws here in California. They died without ever experiencing the freedom of most others in free states. That's not my plan. You can stay here if you wish; when I return for a quick visit to other family, I can scratch a note about freedom on your tombstone.

Hey rat... Guess you don't believe in your own opinions. If you did you would take your own advice.. A direct quote from you above...

So which is it? Are gun owners who left CA cowards? Or is it up to each of us to define our role in the battle for the 2A?

You are as usual, very conflicted.

Yavapai County will never be blue.

There are more FFL's of all types per capita in Yavapai County than in any other County in the US.

I think that's why they did it. In case.

Don't be so sure. The people that I knew in CA when I lived there that talked about moving to AZ, the number one place they mentioned? Prescott Valley

It's small enough that just a few thousand Cali-democrats can turn the tide.
