    Experience with Wild Built Tactical?

Have any of you had experience with this shop in San Diego? I ordered a Thompson from them 2 months ago. They charged my card in full at that time, still have not shipped the gun and have been very difficult if not impossible to get on the phone. When they do respond to emails it's excuses about medical problems or something else causing the delays.

Their latest email a couple days ago said that the gun is still in AZ waiting to get the CA compliant mods done to it. Two months after being paid in full and they don't even have the gun.

I checked with the BBB and they have a complaint lodged against them for this exact behavior. It says it was resolved and the customer who filed it was content with the outcome whatever it was.

I'm ready to drive down there from San Jose for a face to face meeting.

Same story I've heard before about them from locals.

We work with them here and there, they have been responsive with us when sending things out. I have heard from customers that they can be a little slow because they're a small shop like us and they definitely get a lot of business but I haven't heard of anybody not eventually getting what they purchased. At least from an FFL to FFL perspective, they do pretty good work

Conversion work is time consuming but 2 months is unrealistic unless there was a run on guns like the last administrations.

Which tommy you looking for? I can have one sent to CA in 5 business days.

It took over two months to get my purchase, probably closer to three. WBT are a bit slow, but they were upfront about the timeframe of the process and I didn't mind waiting a little longer to get what I wanted.
          Positive experience overall.

I wish I would have known that before. If I don't get a response from this guy tomorrow I'll dispute the charge on the card and file a complaint with the BBB then call you.
