I was informed by my local rod and gun club a reporter named Joaquin Palomino, a data and investigative reporter had requested the names of all CCW holders in Butte, Sutter and Yuba Co.'s.
I haven't a clue why or what he was intending to do with such information but it can't be good.
I was forwarded an email sent by Sheriff Barnes to club leaders this evening that due to overwhelming response today the paper is rethinking its request.
A big thanks to our sheriff for informing us prior to anything happening.
We'll see how they try to disguise it, those people don't quit, they just change angles.
