    Hogue stock question (rem 700)

I just purchased a rem 700 with the ghillie green hogue stock (which I love the look). The hogue is a pillar bed stock, however I have heard it has horrible flex.

    My question:

Would it be better to spend the $$ and buy the hogue full bed stock (same color) or do a fill/bed job on my current stock?

The full bed stock is a significant improvement.

The pillar-only stocks are no better than any other $20 wet noodle plastic stock.
