    FFL for PPT Near Pasadena

    Hi:

Traveling to mid-point for a PPT in Pasadena. Seller is Turner's adverse. It looks like "The Firing Pin" or "Jeff's Sporting Goods" would be options. Any good, or not-so-good experience with either you would like to share? Feel free to PM the not-so-good.

Have I missed a nearby awesome FFL?

Relying on Google as this isn't close at all for either of us.

    Thank you.

Go to The Firing Pin and say hi to Chuck. TFP is an old school FFL. It's awesome.

I recently did a PPT at Turners in Pasadena and it was fast and smooth.

There is also Gunrunners in Duarte.

Wow, Jeff's Sporting goods used to sponsor some of the little league baseballs teams that I played on in the late 60s early 70s (Rosemead Rebles) Back then they had a shop on Valley in San Gabriel.
I still have a Buck 119 that my grandmother bought for me in the early 70s.

I had no idea that this shop was still around.
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

Nice they were always a great shop on when they were on Valley. There wasn't much around there. Gemco's and Zodys back in the 70s. Lock Stock and Barrels used to be in San Gabriel on the corner of Las Tunas and San Gabriel behind The Boat and Northwoods Inn.

Guns Direct in Burbank is not too far from there. Much better and friendlier staff. My experience with them has been very good.

I live 5 minutes away from Pasadena, but lately I've had great experiences dealing with Vache at RTBA LA in Burbank.

Check them out; really good customer service and transfer rates.

The Firing Pin is a great shop. I wish it was closer to me.
