    Cow palace show was CRAZY!

Got there a few min before 9 (opening time)
The line to buy tickets was already longer than
the length of the building. Took 25 min to get through
that line to buy a ticket.

After I got in, the Miwall booth was 5+ deep.
I got so discouraged that I didn't try to fight
    that crowd

By the time I leave, the Miwall booth was down to
1-2 deep. The tables and shelves above are mostly
bare. There were still some bulk ammo.
There was still a line to buy tickets until close to 11:30.

I've never seen it this crazy. Even KCBS was talking
    about the show.

I didn't notice any. The only thing out of the ordinary was a CBS5 news
        van filming.

Got there about 8:35. I knew I was in for trouble & shpuld have bought my ticket on line. I finally got my ticket and was watching guys hand truck ammo out. Never did figure out if Miwal had any powder or primers? Stopped by the CalGun's booth, said high to PRK Arms gang, bought some bore stores, a few parts & out the door. Don't know if I want to run that loop again. Did meet a CalGunner from San Jose while waiting in line.

I'm sure everybody involved made lots of money today.
There was no sign of bad economy there today.

I saw 1 ammo vendor flipped the price card over and
added $20 to 250 rds of .45 FMJ.

Cool, one of the few venues that can pack the house.

Makes for a good tax base, sales tax revenues, parking fees plus the local business' must get some of that side action.

Why do they want to ban gun shows again?

Got there at 8:45am...got in 25 minutes later.

Prices on most everything were up and no one was willing to deal on anything except the guy from www.fredssurvivalstore.com. Bought 2 large rifle bags and he gave me 10% off. Thanks!

AR uppers and rifles prices were everywhere. One booth had rifles that were normally $1200 for $1600-$1700. Another booth had a Stag 2T for $1100 (msrp $695) and a complete standard Stag lower for $700!! Yet another booth had DPMS LPK's...when I asked the lady how much, it sounded like $115, which I thought was already way too much...then she corrected me after I repeated it and said no, ONE FIVE ZERO.....good lord!!

I was able to pick up a few things for regular prices so I guess I'm pretty happy with my purchases. I didn't even try to buy ammo....that was just nuts!

At least the stamp you get when you leave is good for Sunday too.

CWS, Bullseye, Sonoma etc AR/AK vendors have quite a bit of inventory.
I think the prices are reasonable given the supply and demand.
I don't think anything is cheap tho.

Hmmm... when were they ever logical? Their arguments, if you call them that, are based on emotions, not logic.
