    Can I send magazines to Spain?

    A guy on another forum is interested in buying some 10 round magazines from me. I'm trying to find my answer right now but while I'm searching, does anyone know if it is legal to do so?

      To be safe you should disassemble them and mark them as rebuild kits.

          Someone asked this a long time back. I'm trying to remember, but I think there may be some issues depending on the Country, and what they consider "gun parts". You may need an exporter license, or could get in trouble.

          I'm sure the guy buying it will tell you it's o.k., ask him to provide some proof.

              You also need to know what kind of magazines they are. If they were once used by the military it will be very difficult to export.
