Your crystal ball is just as good as anyone else's. The DoJ refuses to elaborate... on pretty much anything.
It's worth noting that Magpull has sold 10/30 mags in Ca that are "permanently" blocked using a rivet..... that could theoretically be drilled out. It would seem epoxy is more "permanent" than that. It's also worth noting that just because magpull does it, doesn't mean it's legal. It just means the DoJ has not cared to prosecute it.Comment

OP, I think that is the best answer.
I drilled out some pinned aluminum and steel magazines, Magblocked and re-sealed them with globs of J-B Weld on the inside. That is about as "permanent" as I could make them; and indeed, I'm not saying it is impossible, but I think the magazines would now have to be demolished to remove the Magblocks.Comment
