    Christmas day Can

Last year on 12/27 I purchased my first suppressor, form 4 trust. Today after almost 1 year, I was able to put rounds down range finally. My boys and I went out to shoot while my wife worked, she was bummed.

The noise reduction was amazing and we ditched the plugs after the first round. Yankee Hill on a home build I did for my oldest son a couple of Christmases ago.

    Merry Christmas to all,

    **** your feelings!

Turbo? I thought they weren't hearing safe.

Did you get much gas blowback?

I've got one of those in the pipeline
I ordered one after my YHM Resonator arrived
Simply amazing on 300 Blackout subsonics, 10.5" barrel
Just "Clack, clack clack" Literally, all I heard was the working of the action. And YHM's are a lot less expensive than the other makers and perform as well as any of the rest.
          Enjoy shooting with yours!

Nice! I have a YHM Resonator and a Turbo K in jail too. Should’ve waited for the Resonator 2 as I am a big KeyMo fan. At least I’ve got a 5 month head start on Form 4.

It seems that when the ATF ditched their fast track program, everything slows down in unison. Even the previous 11-month Form 4 approval for trusts cadence went away

Yeah, it's the Turbo. From the videos I watched it seemed that it was going to be borderline hearing safe.

When it came time to shoot we were all blown away by how quite it actually was. We put around 300 rounds through it and at no time did we feel that there was an issue with the noise.

Very little blowback, expected much worse here too. Noticed it much more during rapid fire but not a problem as long as you keep your mouth closed

Mine was just a little more than 11 months but I have heard that new form 4's are being turned around in a few months now.

If you didn't know, you can run your Resonator on the same QD mounts as the Turbo uses. While you're waiting.

Is that the one with a changeable coupler? I think if I got one I prob would stick with the YHM setup because the muzzle devices are cheap. But if I ever wanted to use it on a precision rifle, the Dead Air setup is the way to go.

So they'll be taking even longer than 11 months??!?

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) has scrapped a controversial pilot program that expedited applications to purchase items restricted under the National Firearms Act (NFA), including suppressors and short-barreled rifles.

WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I thought they only made a little "pfft" sound like it shows in the movies!
I will stand for truth even if I stand alone.

The last time I had faith in the News was when it was with Huey Lewis.

I'm not interested in Form 1 either. I'm only getting rifle cans for now and a homemade rifle can is asking for trouble, imo.
