I see guys with modern looking automatics firing away.
I though you could only purchase pre-1986 full auto receivers with a tax stamp in free states.
Do these guys have a firearms manufacturer's or other kind of license or are they just upgrading the heck out of an old receiver?
Also, when you buy a full auto receiver and it breaks, are you done if it cannot be repaired?
Saw some at the gun show in AZ for high five figures. Ouch.
