    LOST GUNS

So lets imagine the police or DOJ knock on your door and say, our records show you have this gun and that gun. We want to confirm you still have them.
Without getting into letting them into your home, or having warrants, what could you say? Lost in a boating accident would not work, but how about "no I do not have them anymore, took them all to another sate and sold them to a FFL there." Gee whiz, I do not remember his name and no I didn't keep any paper work. What could they do then?

This is my personal opinion and not legal advice of any kind. First of all they would need probable cause and refusal to answer their questions is not probable cause for a search warrant. simply state you do not have to answer their questions with out a search warrant. if they can get a search warrant then there is something going on you may not be aware of but then you have a right not to say anything or incriminate yourself without a lawyer present. Nothing should ever be done with your permission no matter how much they try to convince you it is the right thing to do. If they cite a law make them show it to you and your lawyer and how it impacts you. Just say nothing and the conversation is terminated and to please leave before you call the cops on them for trespassing.

Do you really think Law Enforcement is THAT dumb? OK here's how it works. If they are asking about your guns its USUALLY in connection with a criminal, DV or 5150 call. At that point they KNOW you have guns, and THAT is the basis for the warrant which they can get in about 15-30 minutes. So you send them away, they watch the house for half an hour and THEN they come in with the warrant and your little "boating accident" nonsense is over.

And with the search warrant. It will most likely say all firearms and components and related.
They will take all the ammo also.
And then you hire a lawyer $$$$$ to get back what's yours . That's if they don't suspend your legal right to own firearms until the legal matter is cleared if not guilty.
          That boating story is stupid.
If any of those firearms are found for whatever reason. You will be needing a attorney.
Even if you leave them to your siblings. They got caught. Attorney needed also.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.
          I'm Back.

Didn't Steven Crowder do that exact little mermaid cover?

EDIT: Of course- it was Demolition Ranch. It just seemed silly enough to be Crowder

All the more reason to not keep all the eggs in the same basket. If the government doesn't know where the eggs are, they can't collect them.

Do Not forget about the 'Red Flag' Law , they would just use that , "I believe he was a threat to me " says the officer at your door.
Bweise says "I have to say the situation was not at all helped by 22 yr old former Airsoft douches who kept touting here, "But possession is not illegal!" "

Fighting on the internet is like being in the special Olympics , everybody wins but your still retarded.

Trump is smart enough to throw enemies of RKBA off track. For you to make such a comment about the most PROGUN, PRO LIBERTY POTUS since at least 1900 shows maybe you are listening to the wrong people !

                          LOST GUNS

Some folks didn't read my post...the part where I say the boat accident wont work" Some other folks gave good advice and ideas, thanks for those. Perhaps I should have explained more..Again use your imagination. Lets say I got advance word about the DV or the 5150. The guns are now gone. Is there anything the cops could do about," I sold them all out of state to a FFL. No records or memory of the ffls name."
                          Thanks

Talk to the hand. No warrant, no admission. Do not talk to the police. Ever.
