Guys like this have been around since the cadets had gun shows at El Camino High school in Sacramento in the 1970's. It sounds like they have known of him for a while and now they need a big bang news story to rile the public up so they bust him as a favor to the anti gun faction. Notice who is pictured at the top. Our favorite statistical prostitute. They have known about this guy for a while and yet so few examples to cite on such a big bust. something is fishy about this story. I am sure the good doctor will soon declare all of us gun owners as mentally unfit because we like guns and refuse to give them up or the 2nd amendment.

He could face up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines.

        Wow, big time punishment

Most of you guys seem to have a problem with the Second Amendment.

This isn't a 2A issue, this is criminal activity. Straw purchases and sales to unauthorized persons are crimes.

If he was following the law, no biggie. This is different.

A Nevada man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Sacramento on charges that he sold dozens of firearms in California, including weapons that were later seized by law enforcement as far away as Chiapas, Mexico.
Damn, I didn't know Eric Holder was from Nevada.

What? You think what this guy did was ok and that the Gov. should not have investigated and arrested him? He was knowingly selling guns to criminals who will use them to kill and harm other people. many of them innocent citizens! Arsecaverns like this guy are what give the anti's the ammunition to pass more gun control laws and imperil our rights.

Diference between large and big illegal gun bust is interesting. The fast and furious FAIL operation could be defined as big and illegal as well.

Not recalling Eric Holder or Obama doing any time for that debacle.
