      Donny,
      I have 2 Shields in 9mm.
I recently installed an Apex trigger with their striker block and sear. Pretty dang nice set up, well worth the $159. I have never had a gripe with the factory triggers, the Apex actually feels a bit heavier but is a much cleaner break with no creep to it and stopped the muzzle from moving slightly when the factory sear released.
I tried several different sights and ended up keeping the Trijicon HD's.
One other addition has been Magguts plus 2 magazines mods, gives you 11 total rds in the gun which isn't bad at all for a pretty small package.

Honestly since I polished the striker safety, rounded the sides slightly and polished all other surfaces the trigger is very nice but not too light, took it down to 4-5 lbs. I have the mag extensions for a couple mags but when I carry the 7 round it's the easiest to conceal with 2, 8 round back up I would hope 24 rounds is enough. I am surprised that it prints a lot with the 8 round but not 7 but it is a big difference. I can carry at 4:30 position with a loose t shirt. I got mine at Turners on sale with night sight(s) and was disappointed at first that only the front is a night sight and the read is just black but is does pop in the dark very well. I guess in the dark trying to line up both is a pointless waste of time in a high stress situation.
