What is all the stuff on these guy's guns?

[SanDiego619]

I just saw this picture in an article about Colt rifles and noticed these guys have stuff all over their guns, I am wondering what it all is. The guy on the left looks like he has a flashlight and some other stuff, are those cameras or something?

Elcan 1x4, Dbal, one has a Insight Mx3

Laser designator

Looks like they are equiped with Elcan Spectre DR scopes and AN/PEQ-15 ATPIAL.

Dang, I wish I could go back in time and enlist. Thanks for the info.

I googled instead of asking what those are:

Elcan is a scope
DBAL is dual beam aiming laser
Mx3 is the light
Laser designator I thought knew, and yes, it's to paint targets (that's awesome)
AN/PEQ-15 ATPIAL looks like a big dang combo

Cool stuff

And a wrist GPS.

AN/PEQ-15 ATPIAL looks like a big dang combo

Thanks for all the info! I wasn't speaking literally, I meant big as in it does multiple things, the combo was big, not the item. This stuff is cool, if I had lots of money I'd buy that Elcan, it is pricey! I am surprised it is even more than an ACOG.
