Confirmed...the gunman was ineligible to own the rifle. Definitely a case of a criminal possessing and using a firearm to commit crimes. More gun control would not have prevented the spree.

In 1980, I was the victim of a home invasion robbery---there was shooting involved, but lucky for me, I was the one doing the shooting! They were armed with knives---one was caught when he showed-up at hospital for treatment (he got 8-10 years in jail)---the other two got away... This was in a fairly nice area---I don't assume anything anymore---security, security doors, fenced-in yard with two rescue Pitbulls in it, three loaded 9mm pistols located thru out the house, and most important: The mindset; it CAN happen here---both the wife and I know where loaded firearms are and know how to use them...
I remember back when the gun stores kept records of ammo sold and to whom it was sold to---they stopped this practice decades ago because IT DIDN'T WORK! Now they're doing it again---complete waste of time and resources...Comment

Im not so sure the word burglary the ANTIGUN FAKE News outlet used continually, is accurate !
It would seem Home Invasion and or Strong Armed Robbery would have been more appropriate !
Then again next time it happens and some heavily armed, home invasion person gets drilled. The big swamp media can refer to the suspect as a desperate burglar and victim of USA unfairness !

Dude from Shelton! Now I'm surrounded. Shelton has really gone to the dogs last couple years with vagrants and dopers stabbing each other - 1 block from the sheriff's office and the courthouse.
