    Shipping FFL to FFL

    Does anyone know if the ten day wait period starts when the receiving FFL gets the information from both parties or after they actually received the gun in hand?

      It starts when you fill out your paperwork at the receiving FFL.

          Right - the date and time the dealer submits DROS is when the 10-day and 30-day waits begin.
