    NFA Question.

    I'm on another forum and some guy is claiming the Mayor signed off on his NFA items. Is this possible?

    I was under the impression that it had to be a LEO/DA/ or local Judge.
    I think it can be confirmed that an alien xenomorph is absolutely no match for good ole' Alabama black snake!

      I think the dude is off his rocker unless the Mayor is also the CLEO of the area. Not even local judge unless CLEO of the area.

          Never heard about a Mayor being an acceptable sign-off to BATFE.

          However, a Judge, yes, if he can try felony cases. District Attornies and some other people are also acceptable to BATFE as sign-offs.
