which means he is playing chess cause unless that case is being heard now at the SC, it will be years before it is heard then decided.
by then gun stores would be out o the city for so long that no one will care once the "ban" is ruled unconstitutional and lifted. there won't be anyone willing to open a gun store within city limits.
