Why does a handgun DROS ask about 45 days?

Since the limit is 1-per-30 days, why does it ask about "in the last 45 days"?

Does it? The DROS manual never mentions anything but 30, but I haven't seen a DROS printout for a couple of years.

Can't be. Chuck Norris never needs a handgun. After all, he's Chuck Norris....
