    since they ban everything so fast in CA, have your father buy the handgun in his name and transfer it to you later, then you will have it before they remove it from the CA Roster, if you wait until your 21 it might not be available.

    then you can still use it for the next 3 years with your father until it gets transferred in your name at age 21

      If Fresno Co. is like Sutter Co. you can have a ccw at 18 but it has to be with a parents firearm.

      Can't tell you it that's state or local rules.
