"Assault Weapon" ID Flowchart- Where did it go? SKS question 3rd post......

    Help.

I've looked in the Semi Auto forum, the General Gun Discussion forum, the Off Topic forum, and the How CA Laws Apply To/Affect Me forum.

Where'd it go? The salty weapon flow chart.

I need to brush up on the nuances of the hoops we have to jump through so I can help a buddy of mine out with a question he has.

It’s at the top of the page. Not sure it’s up-to-date

      Oh geez!

I thought it was a sticky on one of the forums.

      Thank you!

An SKS with the stock (OEM) magazine is considered fixed with a capacity of ten rounds. The magazaine assembly can be removed easily, but requires a tool to pry the trigger assembly free.

The gun in question apparently has an adjustable style stock with an AR style pistol grip.

As long as the stock is fixed to a single length the rifle should be legal, right?

      Thanks for any info.

I believe if any semi-auto center-fire has a fixed-magazine, it can have features such as an adjustable stock, unless it's banned by name.
