Yeah, pretty much.

No amount of expensive lawsuits or court decisions will save us. I suspect if SCOTUS does come down with a historic decision CA will ignore, like they ignore federal marijuana and mushroom laws. Either that or they will come up with a way to screw us by changing the law slightly from what was struck down like they did in NY when SCOTUS agreed to take up the case.

The Right to smoke weed, have boys go in girls bathrooms, give medical insurance to illegals, let the homeless **** in the streets. Release criminals early for non violent crimes.
