hello its my first post here ,on a saiga 12 is cutting off the Magazine Release Lever so the only way to release the mag is by using a tool legal ?

There are some custom Saiga-12 "bullet button" type magazine locks.
They pop up every now and then, usually sell for around $100 a piece.sigpic
