Always ask for an inspection period where you can return it within X number of days if it is not to your liking. You really have no recourse here short of a small claims court.

LOL ....... doubt it will get his attention but whatever. I still cant get over his last email. I work in customer service and sales and if i lied to a customer about a product and then told them they didnt know what they were talking about I would be fired without question for customer mistreatment.

The guy is being an @$$, but you did buy it even knowing his no-return policy. Live and learn. Next time get an inspection period. If the seller won't give you that option, move on.

You have up to a year to file a small claims suit (please correct if Im wrong). You need to follow thru or he is just going to scr3w over someone else. Take him to judge judy or something like that... you get a free vacation and the guy looks like a jack@55 on TV.

Seems to me like a misrepresentation of product shipped across state lines might give you footing to file a lawsuit in your jurisdiction and make him fly here. He will probably file against you for expenses but when you win your case he can kick rocks.

Its not that I dont want every ones feed back, I was just still a little heated over the email I got from the seller still and I over reacted ........ my apologies taken

and set the number of post to 40,which will put the pics on page 1
