oh man, you lucky basterd. Looks damm good. I cant wait to get some. I am trying to hold off on the spades until John from 1919a4.com starts making the ones where you pull with the index finger instead of pushing with the thumb. I am getting impatient though. So when are we going back out to panoche. I am going to build another stand for the armor plate gong. Nothing like hearing that sound of the round impacting it at 250-300 yrds away. Just keep the tannernite away from it this time, LOL

I need to unburry my last can of .308. This mod has been something I've wanted to do for a long time.

Good thing the springs are only $3.50 I'm going to buy a couple different types to see what type is best for the single man headspace mod.

Nothing makes a grown man grin like ripping through 50 bucks worth of ammo and making high temp wheel bearing grease smoke! Accept maybe tannerite

That looks awesome! As for the headspace, I got a tip from a guy on 1919a4.com, he uses an FAL gas tool for adjusting headspace. It works great.

I have an adjusting tool. I just have a hard time turning the barrel while I have my dang hand in the way holding the spring out. To make it easyer I'm rounding the spring off. It will still hold the barrel but I will only have to use one tool to adjust heaspace.

Shoot, I'd let any of you guys shoot it. Seeing the look on a persons face when they blast away with one of those is part of the joy of owning it.

I only whish I had more .308 surplus to link up. I should have bought a truckload of the pakistani ammo @ 135 a case.
