Friends please follow the gun laws ! They were deliberately written to target people with no criminal intent !

My earlier post about my friend that was arrested in CA went pretty far today. The responses were great but there are still people in the gun community that don't want to believe this is bad or even real. The abuses that were put on him were legit, there are currently 2 other cases very similar to his going through the CA court system now. My friend has been connected with some of the best 2A legal minds in CA and his prospects look good. On legal advice for my friend I'm deleting my old post but will post more as the case proceeds.
This is real my friends we all knew it was coming and CA. is proving that today. Stand up for your rights or get out of the way of the people that are.

So what we have here appears to be, at this point, a criminal case. At some point there may be 2A implications in the prosecution/defense, but not yet.

Honestly, with a database of every gun purchase in the state- the state should be required to send out notices to every gun owner every time there is a change/ proposed change to any gun laws. It's for the kids, ya know!

No. The state of Kommiefornia believes that there is no such as thing as a law-abiding gun owner; all guns are bad and anyone other than the chosen few that have an exemption are evil and have to be disarmed. By constantly attacking gun owners the state is trying to create an atmosphere of fear where gun owners will voluntarily give up their 2nd amendment rights to own guns in order to avoid being harassed by the DOJ thugs and Kommiefornia's corrupt legal system.

This is why, before I left CA, I asked everyone I knew or came in contact with if they were a gun person. If they were I mentioned the new AW laws. It was 50-50 if they knew about them.
