    Ban Nailguns!

    My wife sent me this. I like how she acknowledges in parentheses that I'm not stupid on the subject. I love her. This happened in Australia....where they have strict gun control laws.....

      At least it was just a "high-powered nailgun" and not an "assault nailgun".

                                      Way back when I was twenty I was doing finish carpentry for a living, we where building a fire station and during my breaks I would rip off strips of nails with a nail gun at squirrels. Never hit them just made them run for cover.
                                      I'v seen guys shoot nails through their hands and from how they would scream it must hurt like hell.

                                          One of my brothers put a nail through his thumb once and had to drive himself to the hospital.
                                          Actually, if I remember correctly some nail guns will fire continuously if the guard is held back?
                                          Shouldn't we ban automatic nail guns?

                                                      you mean there is no federal regulation on high-powered nailguns!! what would a normal person need with a high-powered nailgun? it only takes 30 shots to kill a man with a high-powered nailgun, and i hear they can punch through body armor to!! we need to ban high-powered nailguns before its to late!!!!!!
