Excellent customer service from Jackson Arms

Special ordered a Les Baer premier through Jackson Arms. When I field stripped it found some problems; what seemed like rust suspended in clp on the ejector, extractor and in the extractor channel. a little ding on the outside diameter of the throat area, and some other nitpicks. Took it back to JA and they understood completely. I expected my handgun to get some warranty work. But I got a call the other day to come start the paperwork on my replacement baer. Went in yesterday to do the paperwork and start the ten days. Nice surprise, they covered the DROS fee!

Yep - the folks there are a class act, hands down. They were very generous with their time during a somewhat complicated PPT a few months ago where a buyer was late, cutting it very close the closing time.
