San Jose mayor proposes 1st-in-nation insurance requirement for gun owners

I'm surprised no one posted? Perhaps it's a duper? In my opinion, this is taxation on law abiding citizens and infringing on our 2nd amendment rights, again and again. What's your opinion and is there a more moderate solutions where both sides would agree?

"Legals" too. Been crashed into twice, they have no insurance. Oh well. Cops do nothing, not even a ticket.
