WHERE is the line for INFRINGEMENT?

Imagine if before you could speak your mind, you had to go down to your local sheriff's office and obtain a "permit to speak freely." And the criteria the sheriff used to determine if he was going to give you a permit, wasn't based on some standard, consistent, uniform set of rules, but instead was based purely on his own subjective opinions and beliefs...which were different than the opinions and beliefs of the sheriff in the county next door...which were still different than the opinions and beliefs of the sheriff in the county next door to that.

We don't have a Second Amendment. We have 50 Second Amendments that vary state to state. Hell it varies county to county within the same state. We are WAY past the point of infringement. And our founders would be shooting people by now.

Agreed. While I can't say Trump has done us any real favors, Hillary would have been exponentially worse. And Trump has managed to get some decent judges appointed, which may help in the long run.
