Any issues with sending flats to CA?

    .

Figured if anyone would know it would be you guys. I have someone interested in some AKB flats I have listed and not (as most non residents are) completely familiar with the ever changing landscape out there. Are they still considered non-regulated for CA purposes and can be freely shipped to your fine state or is there anything I should be aware of?

    Thanks for any input.

It's always prudent to ask, particularly in CA. There were attempts to regulate "precursor parts" which is a euphemism for flats and 80%-s.

As long as you keep them flat, you're still good to to.

I think that's what I had a vague recollection about but wasn't sure if was just a rumor or actually something that was attempted. Either way good to know it didn't succeed.
