First time gun buyer question.

Hey I'm Planning on buying my first rifle at the end of this month, on my 18th birthday. I just finished saving up the money and got my hunting license. My question is; Does your time of birth matter when buying your first gun. I was born at 9:00 at night, but technically on August 31. Obviously Turners(Where I'll be purchasing from) isn't open at 9:00 at night. So will they give me trouble because I'm not "technically" exactly 18 yet? I could just wait another day, but I've been looking forward to going down and buying my first gun on my 18th birthday for as long as I can remember. It'll be kind of a bummer if I can't.
P.S. I'm getting a P.C. Carbine with the new handguard. Wanted something In a pistol caliber so I can shoot it at my range which I already have a membership to because I go with my parents. They only allow handgun calibers.
P.P.S. I still find it stupid that I can purchase a 9mm Carbine, but I can't buy ammo for it. Ridiculous. It's fine I'll just have my dad buy it for me, but it baffles me.

Your Birthday is your, well, birth day. Only your mother and your doctor cared what time it actually happened. Have fun!

I think you're definitely reading too much into this. Just go by the date and new driver's license and as long as everything matches up you should be fine.

He has to have a hunting license to get a gun from FFL in CA under 21yrs old. Does not have to hunt with it.

Thanks to everyone who responded! To be honest with you I was under the impression I had to have my birth certificate when I purchased it. I just got my hunting license today, but I don't plan on going hunting anytime soon, and to the people who asked, I'm getting a Ruger PC9 the new model with the MLOK handguard. Once again thanks for all the responses, I appreciate it.
