The video is a dupe.

It's not a Glock 18, it's a Glock 17 with an auto switch.
You can see the drop in auto switch on the rear of the slide.

If you ever get a chance go to a Glock sponsored shoot. Sometimes Glock will break out the full auto 9mm.
