    More "Gun Free Zone" Idiocy

    I've heard and seen some pretty stupid things regarding Gun Free Zones, but this one takes the cake. Uniformed on-duty Sheriff's Deputy has gun drawn on him by security guard inside an IRS office:

    Law Enforcement Today, previously the largest police-owned media outlet in America, was purchased by The 1776 Project, LL...

        "Gun free zone?" If they can make a "gun free zone," can someone make a "Muslim free zone?" I thought both were constitutional rights.

            Gun rights have never been treated identically to religious rights.

              One of the reasons the Articles of Confederation failed was every jurisdiction had its own set of rules and Commerce was impossible. We are one Nation under the Constitution and all these bumbling bureaucratic fiefdoms that have been created put us back into the chit the Articles of Confederation created. Law Enforcement should be respected and decorum by every Government Agency expected, hang the F***ing Lawyer, runt of the litter, who came up with this stupid policy.

                So the officer used his badge and uniform to try to circumvent security at a Federal Facility for personal business and he is the victim?

                I'm not saying the security guard preformed well but...

                We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

                        Turn it around,

                        if an armed security guard ignored an officers instructions and attempted to enter a secured area the officer probably would have shot.

                            Without a doubt this wanker guard deserves being fired and charged.

                            But this;

                            Is IMO a puzzy move on the part of Dep Gaston. Having the taxpayers supporting his Dept pay him to stay home. For the purpose of bolstering a personal law suit against the Guard Agency.
