The hope is that other towns will make similar declarations as a show of unity. Of course ultimately, law enforcement will have to be on board, as in some counties in New Mexico.

I'm curious what californias argument will be against them when they blatantly advertise that they will reward felons and encourage them to break federal laws to get over the boarder with a reward of our tax dollars and free healthcare
