Interesting. The "Made in China: AKS" is on the Roberti-Roos list. The "B-West AK-47 (all)" is on the Kasler list. But the "B-West AKS" is on neither list, which suggests it may not be an assault weapon (as long as it has been made featureless/fixed mag).

I think it may be defensible, but I wouldn't mess with it.

That one is the good one...Made in China and imported by B West. Bad ones are made in USA by B West
