What FFL in Glendora pulled that shady move? Let us know so we can avoid.Comment

UG Imports ($50 + $25 DROS + tax) is the best in the Bay Area, imo. Great price, but also speed, efficiency, knowledge of the gun laws, no FUD.In case it wasn't obvious, nothing I write here should be interpreted as legal advice.Comment

I agree UGI is good, quick, in and out. Mount pleasant arms is great as well but even better for transfers of multiples: $40, $10 for additional firearms, evening hours by appointment so it's one on one.All posts dedicated to the memory of Stronzo Bestiale

Yes, he is good to go. He has served the community for many years with excellent, efficient service. A+Originally posted by 888Has anyone used Robert Blank's services? He is based out of Milpitas. The dirty little secret about freedom is, you're on your own. -Clarence Thomas

Dave aka dvs762 on calguns and Farwest Photography is an awesome non-stocking dealer in Santa Clara specializing in interstate transfers.
No inventory carrying costs and non-retail commercial space keep overhead low. No lookie loos fondling display case contents minimize waiting, and you can make an appointment to avoid even that.Last edited by Drew Eckhardt; 07-14-2019, 8:08 AM.Comment

20 dollar difference I'd go with the closer FFL, factor in travel and gas. $100, look elsewhere.Comment

Farwest Photography FFL
Hi guys,
This is first time I decided to use Farwest Photography FFL (David Camarlinghi is the owner). My rifle arrived there on Wednesday, but since then I didn't succeed to reach out to Dave for a paperwork. There is no one in the office and no one answers the phone. I hope it's not kind of fraud!!! Isn't it?
Is anyone knows what is going on there?Comment

Did you discuss the transfer beforehand? From what I've seen on this board he is legit and has good customer service. Might be a fluke given the covid situation in CaliforniaAll posts dedicated to the memory of Stronzo Bestiale

Rob Blank in Milpitas
Rob Blank (RMB Enterprises) in Milpitas charges $40 as his transfer free, which is very hard to beat.
No appointment needed now or for at least the past 3 weeks - just drop by during business hours.
I just did a transfer recently, and he was not terribly busy. Nothing like it was before the bullet button ban happened.
He's very knowledgable as well and a straight shooter. I've been doing transfers through him for longer than I'd care to admit. No regrets.Last edited by cruffler; 07-12-2020, 7:05 PM.Comment
