I'm afraid the next time we have a Dem POTUS with a Dem controlled Congress we will see laws passed that mimic what's been going on in CA.

Whether SCOTUS will protect the RKBA is an interesting question.

I also predict (hope?) that many rural Sheriffs in red counties will not enforce such laws that they believe to be unconstitutional. You see that happening already at the state level in WA & NM.

sheriffs are politicians and have to get votes from the people in those districts that got guns. they don't believe in nothing but power money and getting re elected. some of them are like mafia dons. really bad down south

Why don't they just rephrase the question to be: "Will you violate The Constitution?" Or "Will you refuse to swear your duty as president at the inauguration?"

Half the stuff they're promising in unConstitutional anyway, so violating it to steal guns wouldn't trouble them a bit.
