Legality of high capacity magazines in California

Is it legal to sell high capacity magazines for UZI model A and for HK 93 to California residents?

No you cannot buy high cap mags here in Ca. as a civilian, but you can buy the parts, so a disassembled magazine is fine as a repair kit. Plenty of us here have legal preban magazines and like to have repair parts handy.

I believe law enforcement officers can receive them complete without issue.

Thank your neighbor and fellow gun owners for passing Prop 63. For that gun control is a winning legislative agenda.

its only illegal to sell large capacity feed devices withing the borders of california

if a californian was in utah he can buy what he wants

the laws dont extend past the borders unlike that one law that says you cant go to thailand and bang underage hookers

I hate to tell you this but if you banged ANYTHING in Thailand, it probably WASN'T a female (at least not at birth).

First question, is the resident coming to you in South Carolina, or would you be shipping? If the resident is coming to you, sell away, it is on the resident to not bring them back into this state assembled.

If you were thinking about shipping them in, only ship them fully dissassembled as 'magazine repair kits' and do try to mark that on an invoice or whatever to help the buyer cover their @$$.

That's really all you need to know if you're just looking to complete a sale, but we can become very technical if thats what you want...
