Swalwell is a U.S. Congressman, at this time, his 200 round limit may pass the House, but it would never pass in the Senate and President Trump would never sign such a bill. He is advocating this because it appears to be popular in his congressional district, which is very liberal, but on a national level, it is unpopular. The problem is our California state legislature may take up his proposal and create a bill and pass it.sigpicComment
