    DROS Denied

So I made a couple online purchases recently. I guess I DROSed them too close together and the second one got denied for the 1 in 30 rule. The thing is I thought with my FFL03 and COE I was exempt from the 1 in 30 silliness.
But I guess there is a place for this information on the DROS form I was not aware of. I thought it was automatic/on file. Well that was my ignorance, I accept my mistake. My question is, will this create a problem when I go to DROS it again?

Not me, but to my friend. Same as above....approved the second time, but out the money.

You should be able to go DROS again right away, but be sure to take your COE and 03 FFL and make sure they mark it 30-day exempt this time. As you discovered, it is not automatic.

I bought and DROSed two handguns at the same time with my FFL03 and there was no problem. The gun shop took care of the details on the paperwork, but I’m not sure what they did.

Ask the gun clerk who is doing your DROS if he or she knows how to process 03/coe 1 in 30 exemption. If they have no clue what you are talking about . . . print this out, hand them a copy and ask them to follow instructions.

Thanks guys. Just more unnecessary delays in a pointless system I guess.
