I had issues using internet explorer or whatever Microsoft calls their browser nowdays so I switched to google chrome and the website worked great after that. Registered a few and had one come back with corrections.Comment

It took almost 8 months to register my hi-point carbine. I had to fix issues with my pictures, serial number etc. They took months between questions.Comment
