How could I buy this ammo from sgammo?

I'm kinda interested in buying some 8m3 ammo from sgammo.
Like one case.

It's the only place I could find it on a quick search.
Doesn't look like anyone here is selling it in the EE..


If I buy after July 1 then what do I have to go though to get the ammo?
I guess I'm trying to order one case before that.

How do I order it now? I'm in so cal.
Any suggestions?

Call SGammo. I didn’t see anything about shipping to California FFL. Ask them if they will. You have to have it shipped to a local FFL. Most FFLs will charge you a small fee for the inconvenience. Maybe a FFL that you frequently use won’t charge you. You’ll have to send them proof of your FFL credentials. The n you have to pick it up face to face from your FFL. After June 30th, you will have to get a background check for any ammo purchases, local, or shipped to FFL. DOJ will track your purchases starting July 1st.

They wont ship to California. Have it shipped to your cousin in Arizona and ask him to ship it to you.

At first he was complying with the law and allowing able to be shipped to 003 FFL with a Certificate of Eligibility, however some folks in California took advantage of this and gave false information oh, so he no longer ships to California.

You can't. SGAMMO decided they don't want your money. They do not sell to anyone in California regardless of licenses. They won't even ship to an 01FFL

From a quick check, the 8m3 bullet doesn't have impressive ballistic gel performance.

Dang, is that why!? People were giving them their own address and saying it was an FFL or something? That's messed up... a few idiots ruin it for the bulk of us.
