We republicans do not cater to every so called diverse pressure group. We are involved with liberty, peace and prosperity for all and our base especially includes those who love liberty.

What you wrote about diversity is an extremely ignorant assertion. Keep drinking the MSM Kool-Aid. Also, what's the point of Democrats dropping gun control and winning elections, when every other issue that they support is deleterious to society? They still want to tax you (if you are productive) into oblivion. They'll have more power to jail you if you "misgender" someone, or deny the church of "climate change." No, or weak borders. In this lying twisted theory, no banning of guns, but they still think that they can ban their way to utopia - no plastic straws, grocery bags, lead ammo, F-150s, etc. Forced gender pay, and number of employee "equality" which is a farcical way to seize power. Government control of health care and industry, including decisions on who deserves what. I could go on and on.

An astute person who understands human nature and psychology may look at this very short list of examples, and determine that they all relate to one personality type - that of the elitist who believes that they deserve control over the masses of a lesser class of human. Not surprisingly, gun control is truly inseparable from this list of traits, as the masses can't be trusted to make their own decisions or to have any kind of true power. So yes, some Democrats like guns, for themselves. This "brilliant" idea by Mahr is further evidence of elitism, as this is just an attempt to stop expressing an issue which cannot be separated from the Leftist ideology in an attempt to win votes an secure power from those who otherwise would not give it to them.

Bill Maher is trying to get Democratic wannabees to drop the gun control platform from their campaign platforms as he thinks it will cause them to lose close elections.

They, luckily for us, refuse to abandon their anti-gun rhetoric.

It is strange to see a Democratic supporter try to mainstream Democratic candidates so that they would have a better chance of winning elections, but they seemingly are more than willing to follow the demands of the loony far left.
