Before you watch the video you can take a very good look at the pistol and its serial number in the still photograph, that starts the video.
I'm not saying I know that this pistol is definitely stolen but at the end of the video it said the man shot had previous convictions for arson, battery and narcotics so I'm guessing it wasn't legally his.
It just looks to me like a pistol that a Calgunner might own. Very patriotic with 50 stars and the We the People logo on the slide.
You can't tell the caliber because the slide is racked back and you can't see it what's written on the barrel but from the hole in the police car door that's shown at the end of the video I'm thinking it's a .45 ACP
(Or bigger??
