How many PPT in a month?

    Tomorrow I am buying/doing a PPT with a fellow for a handgun.

This week I would like to also sell/do a PPT to a fellow for a OLL.

Next week or the week after I have a new OLL coming in to my FFL that I would like to DROS.

Can I do ALL of these or will I have problems?

The only limit out there is for new handgun purchases or used out of a dealer's inventory - 1 in a 30 days period - Does not apply for a PPT - With the OLL there's no limit -

No limit. Trust me. I have put that to test lately.

NO PROBLEM! saigon1965 is correct... "dealer's inventory" is the operative phrase when talking about the handgun limit...

selling and trading is limited to 5 or 6 per year IIRC.... Im sure someone will chime in... I like to buy guns not sell them!

Congrats on your purchases! how bout some pics when you get them!

              In regards to PPT...

              ... buying = unlimited.

... selling = 5 transactions per calender year. 1 transaction can be for any number of handguns.

The one in 30 day law DOES apply to handgun PPTs within the City of Los Angeles and may apply in other local municipalities as well. You need to check your local laws as well as state and federal laws. If there are no local restrictions in the area the transaction occures in then, saigon is correct. You should never blindly trust any info you get from any online form! Ultimately, you are the one responsible for your actions.

BTW, I don't believe there are any out of the ordinary restrictions in or around Sac. but, I didn't want some poor smuck in LA to read this thread and think he was GTG.
